I like this a lot. It bothered me to see Pat Buchanan on Good Morning America talk about how "we will gather them all up and KEEP them all in Massachusetts". It upset me to see that there was a push to legally define marriage as "a union between a man and a woman".
I like that it ISN'T just the bay area but that these things are happening across the US now in defiance. Even locally here in the Lone Star State.
I like that this is spinning out of the ultra-conservative Right's control. I like that it shows that if it's something that people REALLY want they will do something about it and give the finger to the powers that be. It's hopeful and reaffirms my faith in people to do what's right.
