In other things, it's New Comic Book Day, and it looks like this is a huge manga week. Plus, I've been working on a project at the store, inventorying all the rental DVDs, and culling the ones that haven't rented in three or more years in order to prepare for a store rearranging project that's coming up. Those are all going on sale at discount prices, so if you're in San Antonio and looking for some cheap, previously viewed anime DVDs, now's your chance. (Though, we have literally thousands of DVDs in the rental stock- and thus, I am only halfway through the letter "H" on my inventory... and naturally, the newest stuff is still regularly renting.) It's been interesting to see what old titles still have strong rental activity, many are titles I never would have suspected- things like Big Wars and Baki the Grappler are still popular here. Who knew!
