I am a big fan of this series, but I am a little disappointed that AnimEigo is releasing it. Not because of their translations, which are flawless, but because the way they handle box sets makes it almost impossible to get a full run of a very long series. You have to pre-order them on their website, and if you miss the pre-order for whatever reason (can't afford it at that time, miss the date, etc.), you are pretty much boned. I would love to have the full series of both Kimagure Orange Road or Urusei Yatsura on DVD, but I missed the pre-order times on most of them, and now most of the box sets are out of print and completely unavailable to buy.
In other things, work is work. There's lots to do to get ready for the upcoming convention, so it's quite busy here.
Today, we ran a check over to the printers for the shortfall on the four books that are there, did a couple of errands (bought ant baits for my office and the kitchen as ants have been coming inside for unexplained reasons), picked up the mail at the PMB, processed orders, answered some email (more to do), posted some eBay and FurBid auctions, and did some paperwork. Now to go make more packages for mailing and to work on subscriptions.
