All-Nighter, 1; Me, 0
Oct. 24th, 2006 01:00 pmI am getting too old for all-nighters. Seriously, way too old. But at least our two books are turned in, though I feel like someone has taken a beating-stick to every part of my body. Alas, I cannot sleep all day like many people I know due to a internal body clock that does not allow sleep during daylight hours, and also due to the fact that I have paperwork that MUST be done and other business-related things that must occur during daylight/office hours. Suck.
Today I have to check on assignment paperwork and shipping information for the books we have at the printers, and get it all handled as soon as possible, since the books need to ship before the end of the month. I also have to start getting things ready for Black Cats #1, so we can get it turned in next week. If we can get the next Furrlough in next week as well, so much the better. And there's still bills and stuff that require juggling and such and mail order and auction things that need to go out. And irksome taxes to still finish up.
I don't think I am doing much of anything for Halloween. I've been invited to something, but don't know if I can attend yet. The end of the month is usually a bad time for stuff.
