It's *Still* Busy....

And I am still not unpacked, though it goes, very very slowly. A couple of boxes here, a couple there. I fear it will take forever, and odd things keep coming up missing in the heaps of boxes. (Like, where are all my earrings and hair clips? I packed them myself!)

Fortunately, the mail order hardcopy records and the various auction logs have been unearthed, so we are inching ever-closer to mail order happiness. I just have to finish re-alphabetizing the stock we have here (still higgledy-piggledy on the wire racks we keep the comic short boxes on in the office, unfortunately...) and we're good to go. Oh, and pick up some more printer ink, since we seem to be out, and lord only knows which of the multitude of office boxes contains the extra cartridges. There is still much unpacking and sorting to do in the office. I do a chunk every day, until bedtime.

The day job continues to give me good hours, seems to be around 30 per week. This is good for things like rent and groceries.

Also in the works right now: Genus #88 and Hit the Beach #14. We hope to get these turned in soonish, since we had actually hoped to get them done before the Hellish Move, but were unable to finish them and the other books we had to do. (We knew the move would cause a pause in our work capabilities, and wanted to get those two in early but it couldn't be done.) There was also some weirdness with the paysite, had to re-up the domain registry today. Here's hoping that fixed it all. We've also been working behind on the scenes on getting some new stuff together for that. Plus, we have a bunch of new stuff (comics and original art) to add to the Radio online store, but still have to get the scanner hooked up before we can get it scanned and uploaded. Lots to do!

Tomorrow morning, I have to get up extra early so we can go pay the electric bill and get the service transfer for the new apartment all squared away. (Yeah, hasn't gotten done yet... too much work...) Have to do it before work, since my next day off is Saturday, and I don't recall if CPS is open then for everything. (They might just have the payment tellers...)

At any rate, despite the new job, we still have a too-much-stuff-too-little-space thing going on here, so I am still doing the eBay thing. I'd do the FurBid thing again, but they seem to be down right now. Here are my current auctions:
