• Wed, 17:24: Went to the post office, where I discovered that the Canadian postal strike has affected our postal rates. $60 to send 9 comic books? Uh no.
• Wed, 18:43: Also discovered: a customer who called us to claim he didn't receive his order filed a chargeback- after the 2nd reship was received. Argh!
• Wed, 18:44: Shipped second order with tracking & confirmation, have proof it was delivered before he filed chargeback. Smackdown incoming.
