i had such a bad sneezing fit a couple of weeks ago, i seriously chomped the inside of my lower lip. and yep, at least once a day thereafter for the following week, i bit it while eating, since it was swollen and thus in the way.
some days at least once per meal.
no matter how careful i was.
i finally managed to go 2 days without biting it, which is what it took to heal.
