• 16:23:28: At CPS to cancel the power at the apartment, along with half the population of San Antonio. The line is cuh-razy long!
  
• 16:48:33: People aren't always awful. I just saw a grubby tattooed guy get up and offer his chair to a young mom holding a toddler.
