Think Pink!

The plus side of my new day job is that I can have any color hair I so desire. (One of the other girls that works there has blue hair, and the other one recently had green...) So naturally, my hair is once again Manic Panic Hot Hot Pink. (It's my color of choice. When I can't find that one, Manic Panic Fuschia Shock is my other pink-hair-default.) I'd post pictures, but honestly, I'm in my PJ's, it's my day off, and I'm seriously rocking the no makeup/bags under the eyes look. Plus, I'm not your photo monkey. XD
I'm well pleased to be back to the pink. Not so pleased: I managed to dye my thumbs hot hot pink as well. As usual, I wore gloves for the dying and most of the rinsing process. But of course, not being able to feel if I'd gotten all the dye out of my hair made me strip off the gloves before I was done rinsing. Thus, pink thumbs.
(Pro-tip: I always leave my Manic Panic in for at least three hours or more. This time, I left it in for about four or five. I leave it until it's dry and my hair feels crunchy. I think it sets the color better, and seems to make it last longer. Second Pro-tip: if you get Manic Panic on your skin, Sea-Breeze on a cotton ball gets it right off.)
Pink hair makes me very happy. It helps, since despite working on unpacking all day, the apartment is still in a state of chaos, with many important things hidden in unknown boxes. I need to get back to eBay and FurBid, but can't find my records books for same. And, the apartment management still needs to get me my damn mail key. It's been a week! I informed them today that preventing me access to my mail not only was in violation of the lease contract they also signed, but was a federal offense. And that I would take it up with the local post office if they didn't get me a key asap. I ain't playin' around, even if I do have pink hair.
