Missed posting yesterday. Too busy!
What Got Done:
--was on hold with the IRS over the forms, but had to hang up and deal with other stuff. Argh! Trying again today.
--picked up mail at the PMB
--paid the storage bill ($300, hooray, much less now than before when we had three units)
--got comics out of storage for orders, need to go again today to fill some reorders
--scanned and posted auctions
--answered email
--processed and ran orders
--packed some more trib copies
--did more work on the tax prep and the usual paperwork
Personally, I went to the grocery store and bought $22 worth of food. I was so thrifty! ^_^ But then I forgot to eat most of the day, so I ended up eating applesauce from the jar with a spoon just because I was so hungry. Sigh. I also read the new issue of Vogue and the prettiest girl in the issue (besides Gwen Stefani, who was on the cover) was plus-size model Crystal Renn (who has no photos online anywhere I could find....). The other women in the magazine all looked too skinny. This was supposedly Vogue's "Shape Issue", where they celebrate women of all shapes and sizes, but once again, their idea of "short" is 5 foot 6 inches. That's not even short at all, unless you're a guy! They did have an interview with the gal who is playing Glinda in the Broadway show Wicked and she's apparently 4 foot 10 inches, but she didn't get to model any clothes. Anyway, after being annoyed about that and the fact that all 1980's preppy clothes are back in fashion (boring), I watched an awesome movie from the 1950's about a women's prison. Great stuff.
Today, more work to do. Tomorrow is Easter, but we have no plans at all, as usual, unless you count finishing the taxes up.
