Where else can you see the Takarazuka perform Europe's "The Final Countdown" in Japanese while wearing gold lame pants?! Where, I ask you?!

There are a surprising number of Takarazuka performances up on YouTube now, which just makes me ridiculously happy. Ah, cheesy all-female Japanese theatre, how your absolute weirdness thrills me!

Window Shopping

I finished up a batch of irksome work today, so my treat is to go window shopping on some of the online stores I bookmarked. (I don't actually buy anything at these places, I am a thrift store kinda gal, but I like to look...) Um, NO. Not just no, HELL no.

For bonus fun, click on the "View on Model" link at the bottom of the picture! Wow! Absolute hideousness! So, when I become a circus clown, and eventually get pregnant, the fashion industry has come up with this lovely "blouse" to accomodate me and my pregnant circus clown lifestyle.

Seriously, what the hell is up with that ugly shirt? Because, damn. That thing is fugly.
