I also got some new luggage, since I realized my check-in luggage is my Hello Kitty suitcase (AKA The Submarine)- which has a nasty habit of popping open if you don't lock the locks on it. It was made before all this terrorism stuff happened, when you could still lock your luggage, to keep things from falling out or from going missing. So, I went to Target and used some of my VGSX paycheck to get a $40 suitcase set of a check-in case, a carry-on case and a tote bag. It's lavender and zips, so the airline people will be able to open it. I'll still be freaking out about leaving my luggage in their hands, but I have to check my luggage this time so I'll have room for everything. I have too much to take to do carry-on only, as I usually do.

1. DO YOU HAVE ON A LOT OF MAKE-UP?
Not right now, right now I have on NONE!


2. HOW MUCH DO YOU PUT ON?
Technically, I guess a lot. Concealer, foundation, powder, eyeshadow (multiple colors), eyeliner, mascara, lipstick, sometimes blush, sometimes glitter and highlighter.

3. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO GET READY?
Depends. Light makeup, I can do in 10-15 minutes. Full-on stays-on-through-a-night-of-clubbing or a-full-convention-day takes at least 45-60 minutes, sometimes longer if I am using liquid eyeliner.

4. DO YOU PUT ON A LOT OF LIPGLOSS?
If my lips are dry, yes. I forget to re-apply it a lot though.

5. DOES YOUR LIPGLOSS SMELL GOOD?
Hell yeah. Tastes good too.

6. DO YOU CARRY A PURSE?
Oh good lord yes.

7. WHAT COLOR IS IT?
Silver fake leather, with glittery studs on the strap

8. DO YOU HAVE A COACH BAG?
No, I can't afford one.

9. DO YOU HAVE A LOUIS VUTTION?
No, I can't afford one. But I would LOVE to have one of the funkier ones.

10. HOW MANY PURSES/HANDBAGS DO YOU HAVE?
Eh heh heh. They are legion. I am extremely hard on purses, so I tend to "retire" them before they get too beaten up. I have no idea how many I have, they are displayed on a wall in my bedroom. I have about four or five vintage bags though.

11. DO YOU LIKE TO WEAR NAILPOLISH?
Yes. It serves the dual purpose of always making me feel girly and pretty and it keeps me from chewing my nails. Nail polish tastes gross.

12. HOW OFTEN DO YOU GET YOUR NAILS DONE?
Professionally? Never. By myself, at least once every week, week and a half.

13. DO YOU LIKE MANICURES?
No idea, never had one done.

14. WHAT ABOUT PEDICURES?
See above.

15. DO YOU HAVE A USUAL NAIL SALON YOU GO TO?
No, I can't afford that!

16. WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR HAIR CUT?
Visible Changes in the mall, but usually, by myself in the bathroom.

17. DO YOU DYE YOUR HAIR?
DUH.

18. DO YOU STRAIGHTEN YOUR HAIR?
I don't need to, it is stick straight.

19. DO YOU HAVE LOTS OF PAIRS OF SHOES? BOOTS?
Like the purses, they are legion. I also am extremely hard on shoes, so I cycle through a lot of them to spread the wear out over all of them. And yes, many pairs of boots, too. Which I hardly ever wear, since many have extremely high heels.

20. WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE SHOES?
I am very fond of my Vans, my British-made goth boots and my creepers. Brand names, I really like Chinese Laundry and Steve Madden.

21. DO YOU WEAR HEELS EVERYWHERE?
I used to when I was younger, but I have too much running around to do now.

22. CAN YOU WALK IN HEELS AND NOT FALL OVER?
Yes. Up to five inch heels. I can also walk in platforms. If pressed, I can do a high kick in four inch heels, from Rocky Horror training. ^_~

23. WHERE DO YOU BUY YOUR CLOTHES?
Goodwill, thrift stores, eBay and Target. When I get the chance, I go to Buffalo Exchange. Very very rarely, I get things at fancy designer boutiques, like one piece every two or three years.

24. DO YOU GO SHOPPING EVERY WEEK?
Oh good lord, no.

25. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE STORE?
Buffalo Exchange and Target

26. HOW MUCH DO YOU USUALLY SPEND?
Seriously? $20-30 or so. I like getting cute stuff for really cheap.

27. HAVE YOU EVER BEEN IN DIOR?
No, much as I would like to! I love Dior, but cannot afford it.

28. DO YOU FOLLOW FASHION TRENDS?
It depends on the trend, whether I like it or not. I pay attention to them, but they don't dictate what I like to wear.

29. DO YOU HAVE A PAIR OF HUGE SUNGLASSES?
I used to, but I think they got broken!

30. HOW MANY PAIRS OF EARRINGS DO YOU HAVE?
No idea. I have an accessory addiction, so I have a lot...

31. DO YOU WEAR HOOP EARRINGS?
Sometimes. It depends on my mood.

32. DO YOU HAVE A LOT OF SKIRTS?
Yes, though I wear pants almost exclusively due to work and comfort reasons.

33. DO YOU GET YOUR EYE BROWS DONE?
Nah, I do them myself.

34. CAN YOU APPLY MASCARA WITHOUT OPENING YOUR MOUTH?
Yes, actually, I can. I have to think about it though.

35. DO YOU WEAR A LOT OF EYELINER?
It's been known to happen.

36. DO YOU DO PILATES OR YOGA?
Neither. My workout consists of sit-ups, stretches and a lot of reps with a pair of five pound weights.

37. DO YOU HAVE A LOT OF MAGAZINES?
Alas, far too many. I have a magazine addiction. I have managed to cut it down to only a few though.

Remove the FedEx from the list. I've got plenty. Only books I do not have are GM5 and IQ1 (natch).
